Hands down one of the best gyms I’ve been too. The atmosphere is welcoming, the staff is so friendly and more than helpful, and the equipment is top tier. Also worth noting that the community is amazing. The people you find at Lifted are friendly and there to get in a solid workout. I will always recommend this gym to friends and family.

Best gym in the parish in my opinion! Will be recommending this to any friends and family of mine.  I have to say it’s one of the best gyms i’ve been too, i’ve been training for many years and i’ve been to alot of gyms however yours is one of the best. Lifted is the best around.  I can promise you whatever gym you’re using now doesn’t add up to this one! I used to hate going to the gym and felt judged, but here I feel none of that. They make you feel welcome, almost as if you just joined this big family you never knew you had!

I wanted to thank yall for everything yall do. These past few months have really been an eye opener and I realized how much change could happen in a short period. I’m kicking myself for not joining way earlier.

From the first day I stepped into the gym, I felt comfortable. I felt like I belonged there.

The equipment is top of the line & is continually being reevaluated, added to & upgraded. The facility is clean, well maintained, well lit, well ventilated, well laid out, & extraordinarily well organized. There are no required apparatus lacking here.

Never walked into a gym before and felt the vibe and the hype like I do at Lifted. The people and the atmosphere here are truly amazing every single day! 💪🏽
